Privacy policy
This policy explains how personal data is handled on www.storyanalytica.com. The site collects data only to the extent needed to answer enquiries and keep the site running.

2. What data is collected
The contact form collects the information you provide yourself:
- name
- email address
- organisation, if you give one
- the content of your message
In addition, the server records ordinary technical log data such as the IP address and browser type. This is used to prevent abuse and to investigate faults.
The site measures page views without cookies and without identifying individual visitors. The measurement only shows how many times pages have been opened.
3. What the data is used for
Contact form data is used only to answer your message and to prepare a possible event. It is not used for marketing and is not disclosed to outsiders.
The basis for processing is legitimate interest: when you get in touch, it must be possible to reply. If the enquiry leads to a booking, the basis is the preparation and performance of a contract.
4. How long data is kept
Enquiries are kept for as long as handling the matter requires, and at most 24 months from the last contact, after which they are deleted. If an enquiry leads to a booking, contract-related data is kept for the period required by accounting legislation.
5. Who data is shared with
Data is not sold or shared for marketing purposes. Running the site does however require the following service providers, which process data on instruction:
- Vercel Inc. — the technical platform and server logs
- Resend — delivery of contact form messages by email
Some providers may process data outside the European Union. Such transfers are based on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
6. Cookies
The site does not use cookies and does not track visitors across sites. There is therefore no cookie banner — none is needed.
7. Your rights
You have the right to:
- know what data is stored about you
- have incorrect data corrected
- request deletion of your data
- object to the processing

If you believe your data has been handled unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
8. Security
The site runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Contact form messages are forwarded to email and are not stored on the site or in a database.
